For a moment (or two), imagine that you have the financial wherewithal to build your dream home.

With price being no object, the first order of business would be to find a location and lot that would fit an expansive, luxuriously appointed home.

Ideally, the lot would be mature and in a central location.

Then, there would be the home itself. Not only would it be spacious and logically luxurious, but it would also take advantage of its surroundings in a subtle yet spectacular way.

The moment you set foot in the sunken, tiled foyer, you find yourself in an open-concept main living area that offers a seamless fusion of space, style, and modern function.

However, while the area is decidedly modern in its layout, it doesn’t feel cavernous or cold.
