Unique and exceptional in Tuxedo

As rare as they might be, there are instances in life where tragedy paves the way for triumph.

Such is the case with an eye-catching architectural marvel of a home that occupies a 75-foot by 130-foot lot at 106 Ramsgate Bay in Tuxedo, says Chris Pennycook of Royal LePage Dynamic Real Estate.

“The home that originally sat on the lot was irreparably damaged by fire, so it had to be torn down,” he says. “This architecturally unique home was built in its place in 2015.”

You can’t help but be intrigued by the home from the moment you set eyes on it, as an angled, covered entrance sparks a desire to see what lies inside behind its mod yet tasteful exterior.

A prime example is the living room to the left of the foyer, he adds.

Finally, there’s the home’s walk-out lower level, which, when combined with the main level, takes its total livable square footage to more than 5,500 sq. ft.

“A radiant heated, polished concrete floor runs through the entire area,” he says. “It offers a rec room, games room, three-piece bath, bedroom, gym and music/theater room with fully insulated double wall construction and soundproofed, acoustically sealed double doors.
