Hey there, time traveller!
This article was published 04/03/2018 (2490 days ago), so information in it may no longer be current.
Today’s print delivery has been delayed to the winter storm in Winnipeg and related power problems.
An accumulation of ice and heavy, wet snow created issues on local hydro lines, causing intermittent power failures. Each power failure, in turn, created a number of challenges in our production process, requiring considerable time to fix.
As a result, we were not able to complete today’s press run in time for many of our city carriers and country drivers — and the inclement weather and poor road conditions made it challenging to secure temporary replacements.
If you’re a subscriber who did not receive your newspaper by noon today, please expect it to arrive with Tuesday’s edition.
We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
In the meantime, today’s news is available on our website and in our e-edition, a digital replica of the print edition.
