About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on setup, execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting. You will work closely with sales, creative, and client teams to deliver high-performing campaigns, maintain accurate tracking, and provide timely client communications. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong platform-specific expertise, and enjoys both tactical execution and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, and launch digital advertising campaigns in the Naviga advertising platform.
  • Configure and manage advertising campaigns in Google Ad Manager (GAM), including inventory control, targeting, and delivery optimization.
  • Set up, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.) to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly across all platforms including Google Ads, GAM, Meta, and LinkedIn; identify underperforming areas and implement optimizations (bids, targeting, creatives, budgets) to maximize ROI.
  • Generate and distribute detailed performance reports for active campaigns, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
  • Prepare and send campaign verification reports to confirm ads are live, running as scheduled, and delivering correctly.
  • Maintain and update the digital tracking spreadsheet with details on upcoming, active, and completed campaigns.
  • Submit and manage creative orders through the Xpance system, ensuring timely delivery of advertising materials.
  • Provide regular campaign updates and performance insights to clients as requested, including explanations of results and strategic recommendations.
  • Support the sales team by assisting with digital campaign proposals, strategy development, budget planning, and competitive insights.
  • Set up and publish sponsored content articles in WordPress, ensuring proper formatting, SEO basics, and timely publication.
  • Create, build, and manage email campaigns including audience segmentation, content setup, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ad Manager preferred).
  • Proven experience working with advertising platforms such as Naviga, Google Ad Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and ideally LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with creative workflow tools like Xpance and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and basic spreadsheet management (Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Strong understanding of digital campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions, impressions, etc.) and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail for verification, reporting, and tracking accuracy.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ad Manager, Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager, and campaign optimization tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills for client updates and internal collaboration.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress for content publishing and website updates.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in media/publishing and client-services advertising environments.
  • Familiarity with performance tracking spreadsheets and campaign verification processes.
  • Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications or equivalent.
