WINNIPEG--Premier Gary Doer and Jerry Gray, chairman of the Friends of Upper Fort Garry, have scheduled a news conference for noon today at Fort Street and Broadway. No details have been released, but the notice states that the two will discuss “opening the door to additional green space for the future Upper Fort Garry Provincial Heritage Park.” The Free Press will have more details during the noon hour.
