The Winnipeg Free Press hosted the Writ Live reader experience on Oct. 8 at the Winnipeg Art Gallery.

The event, part of National Newspaper Week (Oct. 6-12), celebrated the power of journalism with a special discussion on the state of politics in Canada with Free Press journalists Dan Lett, Niigaan Sinclair and Tom Brodbeck, as well as Mary Agnes Welch of Probe Research.

Readers were also treated to snacks and beverages at a reception prior to the panel discussion.
