Six-year-old Layla Allen, her mom Cher Allan and dad Tod Allen spend their day off work hanging out in Old Market Square watching performances and playing games on the first of the Winnipeg Fringe Festival on Wednesday.  



The WINNIPEG FRINGE THEATRE FESTIVAL officially starts today, 

JULY 13th and runs till July  24th.   This year they are showcasing 113 performing companies, daily entertainment at Old Market Square and family fun in our new Kids Fringe location. Tickets, programs and passes are on sale now!
