SUMMARY:On-Demand Technical Session: Diagnosing Magento Performance Issues in Real Projects
DESCRIPTION:A single issue rarely causes Magento performance problems. In most real-world projects\, slow storefronts are the result of layered bottlenecks—theme decisions\, third-party modules\, infrastructure limits\, and data flow inefficiencies working together. \nThis on-demand technical session walks through common performance patterns observed across production Magento stores\, focusing on how issues are identified\, prioritized\, and resolved in practical environments. \nThe session is framework-agnostic and avoids tool promotion. The goal is to share diagnostic thinking\, not quick fixes. \nWhat This Session Covers \nIdentifying frontend vs backend performance bottlenecks \nCommon Magento 2 performance anti-patterns seen in live stores \nHow third-party extensions silently impact TTFB and CLS \nCache\, indexing\, and cron misconfigurations that degrade performance over time \nPractical steps to evaluate performance before scaling traffic \nWhat This Session Does Not Do \nNo sales pitch \nNo vendor comparisons \nNo promises of “instant speed fixes.” \nWho This Is Useful For \nStores planning a Magento 2.4.x upgrade \nTeams are seeing declining Core Web Vitals \nDevelopers are troubleshooting unexplained performance drops \nMerchants preparing for traffic spikes or campaigns
